Once you have made an offer to a candidate who you feel is the right fit for your family, we will complete a serious of checks including: background check, drug test, and social media check. Our commitment doesn't end once the placement is made. We follow up regularly to gather feedback from both parties and address any concerns promptly. This ongoing support is designed to foster a positive working relationship and mitigate potential issues. To show our commitment, we are offering a 90 day replacement guarantee and a one time fee of 15% of the individual's gross annual salary.
